TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
RESERVATIONS
1. All hotel rooms are offered subject to availability.
2. No allowance can be made for meals not taken, activities not utilised or for rooms not occupied for the full period of the booking.
3. Payment for bookings must be paid for, not later than four weeks prior to arrival, or upon confirmation of booking, if the booking is within four weeks of commencement.
4. Golf Wales reserve the right to request for advance deposits, if these are required to guarantee bookings for golf courses, accommodations and transport providers.
COSTS
1. All rates are per person based on two people sharing a twin or double room.
2. No single room supplement is charged where a single room is available. If a twin or a double room is let as a single room, a supplement may be charged.
3. Non-golfer rates are available on request.
4. VAT is inclusive at 17.5%.
CANCELLATION
Clients are reminded that a holiday booking is a legally binding contract. If clients cancel or shorten your holiday, they are still liable to pay. We therefore recommend all clients to take out Holiday Cancellation Insurance when placing a Booking. Should clients have to cancel their holiday for any reason, please inform Golf Wales immediately in writing. Cancellation charges calculated from the day notification is received are as follows:

Please note that when cancellation falls within the terms of an Insurance Policy, the above charges will normally be refunded to your client by the Insurance Company on receipt of a valid claim.
INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that you and all clients are adequately insured as soon as they book their holiday. Indeed it is a condition of booking that if you are travelling abroad you must have insurance cover.
CLIENT PAYMENTS
In order to comply with the "Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992," all client money is held in trust until the clients' holiday has been completed.
