DAY 3 - ROLLS OF MONMOUTH GOLF CLUB
Put simply, the Rolls of Monmouth Golf Club is one of the great golf courses. The course is one of two halves, being laid out on opposite sides of the estate. The front 9 presents such challenges as the 5th where a deep ravine is located just before the green, the 6th is over 500 yards and requires a lake and a stream to be negotiated. On the back 9, the 11th is a wonderful downhill sweeping hole, the 15th has a sharp dogleg and the 18th with its water challenge makes for an intriguing finish.

DAY 5 - OLD COURSE, ST PIERRE GOLF CLUB
No stay at St Pierre would be complete without a round on the Old Course. The most famous hole on the Old Course is the 18th, which is surely one of the most dramatic finishing holes in golf. A par 3 of 237 yards, it requires a brave tee shot across the edge of the lake with large trees lining the left hand side of the fairway.
Overnight at the Marriott St Pierre Hotel, Chepstow
DAY 6 - NEWPORT GOLF CLUB
Travel the short distance to Newport Golf Club. The course overlooks Newport Bay and is located north of the town and is within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. The course is sheltered between two hill ranges and the area generally enjoys a warmer climate compared to many parts of the country as a result of the Gulf Stream. These aspects are of particular benefit for winter golf.
