ITINERARY
DAY 1 - THE MAES-Y-NEUADD HOTEL, HARLECH
Situated amongst some of the most beautiful scenery in Britain, with spectacular views across the Snowdonia National Park, the Maes-y-Neuadd Country House Hotel nestles into a wooded mountainside. It is a very old Welsh manor house and is steeped in history, and has now been converted into a country house hotel, while retaining its old world character.

DAY 2 - NEFYN & DISTRICT GOLF CLUB
Nefyn is quite unique. Apart from having a pub two thirds of the way around the course, the views are exceptional and the course itself is very fair. Arguably the best holes are 11 to 18 which are situated on a headland.

DAY 3 - ROYAL ST DAVID'S GOLF CLUB
Royal St David's is rightly regarded by many as the finest course in Wales. Only twice do successive holes proceed in the same direction so the wind invariably spreads trouble as you negotiate your away around the holes. Although not long, the course has been described by professionals as the world's toughest par 69.

DAY 4 - NON GOLFING DAY
A day to relax in your charming hotel, or perhaps to explore the mountains of Snowdonia or the dramatic north Wales coastline.

DAY 5 - PORTHMADOG GOLF CLUB
Porthmadog Golf Club was created at the turn of the century by James Braid. The course has two distinct halves. The front nine are away from the coast and the terrain is more heathland. The back nine heads for the sea and some beautiful scenery.

DAY 6 - ABERDOVEY GOLF CLUB
Aberdovey is one of the most popular courses in Wales, famed for its quality and test of skill. The course is just outside the pretty resort town of Aberdovey at the mouth of the Dovey. The course wends a traditional route out and back, with sand dunes and the wind acting as friend and foe. It is a place worth a long pilgrimage for any golfer.

DAY 7 - PWLLHELI GOLF CLUB
Another one of the superb collection of quality courses in North Wales. The course is similar to Porthmadog in the sense that the outward nine holes are of a tough links nature, whereas the back nine are of a traditional parkland format.
