Morriston Golf Club
Morriston Golf Club is a private members club with a warm welcome and a lot to offer both male and female golfers of all abilities. Situated a mile from Junction 46 of the M4, on the outskirts of Swansea, Morriston Golf Club is easy to find. At only 5,755 yards the course could easily be dismissed as being too short, but with small fast greens and some tight driving holes the course offers a challenge to golfers of all handicaps.
Morriston has its fair share of tough examinations, including some rather tight tee shots with little or no room to manoeuvre your ball. Some of the approach shots, too, can be quite tricky and the relatively small greens will leave you scratching your head on occasion. The par 3, 15th is one of the most challenging short holes in Wales and the par 4, 7th is aptly nicknamed 'Temple of Doom' where many a good competition card has been spoilt.
