CAR HIRE TERMS & CONDITIONS
The above rates are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%, unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver, Theft Protection, 24 hour UK breakdown cover, Road Fund License and airport tax.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
License: All drivers must present a clean valid license held for at least 12 months and free from major endorsements.
Deposit: A deposit of £500.00 will be held against the customers credit card, so the renter must have sufficient funds to accommodate this.
One-ways: Available on request for some vehicles/locations only.
Additional Drivers: £3.00 per day including VAT, no maximum charge.
Young Drivers: Age 21-22 surcharge of £15.00 per day including VAT (cannot drive an MPV). Age 23-25 surcharge of £7.00 per day including VAT (cannot drive an MPV).
Master cover: £10.00 per day including VAT, reducing to £5.50 per day for rentals of 7 days plus. This optional additional insurance waives the first £425.00 of the deposit.
Accidents: Customers must complete a report form at the time of the incident. These are provided with the car. Dependant upon the circumstances we reserve the right not to replace the vehicle. Clients will be liable for the excess unless recovery is made from a third party.
Condition of vehicle: Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as when rented. If specialist cleaning is required a separate charge will be made directly to the customer.
Christmas rentals: There is a minimum rental period of 7 days for hires over the 25/26 December.
MPV's: There is a minimum rental period of 5 days.
VAT: 17.5% VAT subject to change is included in all rates.
