The Angel Hotel was a private home in the 1800's and became one of the great coaching inns on the London to Fishguard road in South Wales. Since 2002, the hotel has been privately owned, and run, by Caradog Hotels. Right in the centre of the bustling market town of Abergavenny, the hotel combines the friendly ambience of a private residence with a high level of accommodation and service. The hotel has also been awarded with an AA rosette for the standard of the cuisine.
